A booking amount is treated as intent, and getting it back is slow. Read these five before you transfer anything.

  1. RERA registration certificate, and match the project name exactly
  2. Sanctioned building plan with approved tower count
  3. Title search report from an independent advocate
  4. Draft allotment letter, especially the delay-compensation clause
  5. Complete cost sheet with all one-time charges
