Tonino Lamborghini Residences is an ultra luxury residential development on Southern Peripheral Road, Sector 71, Gurugram, developed by Signature Global in partnership with Tonino Lamborghini. It brings Italian design heritage to Gurgaon through low-density towers, a members-only clubhouse with Tonino Lamborghini-inspired interiors, and 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 4 BHK + Utility homes.
Tonino Lamborghini Residences is the first Tonino Lamborghini-branded residential project in India, developed in partnership with Signature Global on Southern Peripheral Road, Sector 71, Gurugram. With over forty-five years of heritage in the international luxury lifestyle space, the Tonino Lamborghini brand brings its Italian design sensibility, quality and attention to detail to the way these homes are conceived.
The project is part of SG SPR Estate, which is shaping up as an integrated destination in Gurugram. Its core is a landmark 25-acre Commercial Business District being developed in collaboration with RMZ Corp, bringing together luxury hospitality, retail and world-class workspaces. The location offers direct routes from Dwarka and Aerocity, with easy access to NH-48, Golf Course Extension Road and IGI Airport. Approximate drive times are about 10 minutes to Golf Course Road and 15 minutes to Cyberhub, and the area is also close to the Jungle Safari and Leopard Trail. A proposed SPR Metro and a proposed heliport in Sector 84 add to the planned infrastructure around the project, along with nearby 5-star hotels, multi-speciality hospitals and premier schools.
The towers are designed as an integrated "Vertical Village", reimagining high-rise living as a connected community. A flowing social ribbon links the residences through greens and light, and is anchored by the clubhouse. The landscape follows a biophilic-inspired design that brings nature into everyday living. The members-only clubhouse is the heart of the project, with Tonino Lamborghini-inspired interiors and a focus on wellness, beauty and relaxation. It includes a grand lobby, tea and coffee bar, game area, gym, yoga and meditation area, separate saunas and spas, a therapy room, beauty salon and a bride room. Outdoors, residents have a tennis court, swimming pool and a kids' area.
Residences are offered in four layouts: 3 BHK, 4 BHK Type 1, 4 BHK Type 2 and 4 BHK + Utility, each planned with a balance of openness, privacy and refined living.
The project is developed by Signature Global (India) Limited and registered under HARERA with registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1056/788/2026/28 dated 08.04.2026.
