Gaur Alaris

Gaur Alaris is a themed luxury residential development by Gaurs Group at Plot No. GH-13, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway (YEIDA), Greater Noida, near the upcoming Noida International Airport. The project is planned across approximately 4.77 hectares (11.8 acres) with 8 towers and a total of 1,088 apartments, in Art Deco architecture. With only 4 residences on each floor and a floor-to-floor height of 3.35 metres, the homes are planned for privacy and a sense of space.

The residences are offered with 3 bedrooms and a study, in sizes from 1,550 to 1,950 sq. ft., with separate living and dining areas. The towers are Eleganza, Evania, Gaudium, Elance, Azura, Orlena, Elara and Aurea.

The design team includes Hafeez Contractor as project architect, Site Concepts International (Singapore) for landscape, Studio Designscape for the clubhouse interiors, R D Consultant for structure and Paradise Consultant for MEP.

The landscape is inspired by the peacock and is planned in 4 lifestyle zones. The Aqua Zone has a lap pool, leisure pool, lazy pool, jacuzzi and a kids' splash pad. The Serenity Zone offers meditation and silent grove walks, a monsoon pavilion and a landscape deck. The Sports Zone has a multi-purpose court, pickleball court, cricket practice pitch, skating rink and jogging track. The Social Zone includes a celebration lawn, amphitheatre, pet zone, senior citizens' pavilion and a prayer hall.

The clubhouse is planned at 1,00,000 sq. ft., with a wellness zone (heated pool, spa, salon, gym and yoga studio), a sports zone (badminton, squash and pickleball courts), an entertainment zone (bowling alley, billiards, karaoke and a virtual game simulator), a social zone (banquet hall, restaurant, crèche and business centre) and a terrace zone with a sky veranda and viewing deck.

Yamuna Expressway links Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Agra, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway adds further connectivity. Noida International Airport is about 16 km away, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway about 10 km, and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway about 18 km. The world's tallest Lord Shri Krishna statue, Gaurs International School and the upcoming Gaur Yamuna City mall are each about 3 km from the project.

The project is developed by Gaurs Group and registered under UP RERA with registration number UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026, with a launch date of 28.07.2026.
